At BogoCraft, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it explains the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Handmade Product Notice

All BogoCraft products are handcrafted using traditional techniques. Due to the handmade nature of our items, variations in color, pattern, texture, and sizing are normal and are not considered defects.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Sale or discounted items

• Items damaged due to improper care or handling

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges are subject to item availability. Please contact us for assistance if you wish to exchange an item.
